3.0 delay and explanation

We apologize, but minor technical issues will push back the release of 3.0. Our host will need to convert our nodes due to expansion in the data-center. A similar problem occurred earlier this year. The server will be down on the 10th of October for about an hour or two.
Because of that, we've decided to just push the 3.0 release late by a few days. More information will come out when available.
As said in a forum post "You could expect it to make a debut around mid - late October.".
As said in a Twitter post "The October 7th release date isn't definite. We could adjust it at any time".
We are still hoping to make it available by mid October.
