Due to over 2 feet of snow we have recently received, some servers failed due to the weather, and some areas of central America had trouble with ping earlier today. This is expected just through central America, and can be expected for another day and a half. By Thursday, 12:00 PM Central American timezone, we are expecting a normal connection. We apologize and are currently working on a fix, so this will not happen in the future.
