Server down ~ 4/26/13

We are aware of the server not being up at this time.

We are working on a fix.

We have successfully identified the issue causing the outage, and are preparing to launch a fix. The server should be up within 10 hours. We apologize for this wait, but we needed to request assistance from our host's side, which can be a long process.

We are noting to not have this issue occur again, because this is the second time the mistake has been made to take down the server. It was down for about 4 hours already, and could be expected to be down for another 10.
