This is a quick minor fix on some exploitations and bugs.
-Players cannot place lava or water buckets in dispensers or hoppers
-Players cannot place spawn eggs in dispensers or hoppers
*Added Canary protection to placing water / lava buckets
-Saplings are no longer able to be placed in creative
-Players cannot use spawn eggs (previously, non-harmful spawn eggs were allowed)
